Personal

To access this utility go to Employees > New Employee. Complete the Personal Details for the new employee

First name

This is a compulsory field, the system cannot add an employee without this information.

Middle name(s)

Enter middle name(s) if needed.  

Surname

This is a compulsory field, the system cannot add an employee without this information.

Address

First 2 lines of employees address as well as a post code are needed when submitting details of new employee to HMRC  

Gender

Select male or female, this is a compulsory field, the system cannot add an employee without this information.

Date of birth

A date of Birth is required when submitting details of new employee to HMRC (The system cannot add a new employee with out either a Date of Birth or National insurance number.)

Marital status

if known, select single, married, divorced, widowed. 

Contact details

Email address, contact number. Multiple email address’ and contact numbers can be added. Entering an email address will facilitate emailing payslips.
