BrightPay's Employee Self Service Portal (EESSP) is an online self-service portal enabling online accessibility for employees

Employees

BrightPay provides a web-based portal where employees can browse and download their history of payslips and other payroll documents, view their payroll calendar, including annual leave, sick leave and parenting leave, request leave directly from their employee portal, view their personal details and request to make updates to their personal details.

The Employee Self Service Portal (EESSP) enables employees to log in to their self-service portal using their PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone. Within the employee’s self service portal, employees can access and retrieve payslips and other payroll documentation.

There is a mobile app available for employees to access their Employee Self Service Portal (EESSP) that can download on their Apple or Android device and access the same functionality on the portal as they would by logging in via an internet browser.

Employees can also use the self-service portal to view various personal information, such as phone number and postal address.

The self-service portal also includes an employee calendar, allowing employees to view past and scheduled leave, such as annual leave, sick leave, and statutory leave.  Employees may be able to request leave or request to make a change or update of their personal details. 

Employees can view when other employees are on leave, if this option is enabled by the employer.
