Our customers will have the option to use our Windows version of our BrightPay desktop application or can move to our cloud solution for BrightPay here. We will be able to assist any of our customers with moving to our Windows version or Cloud version.
Our online documentation is designed to support both users of BrightPay for Windows and BrightPay for Mac.
As BrightPay for Windows however has been used as the main source of instruction, BrightPay for Mac users may find slight variances in places in instructions given and in the print screens provided.
There are also several features that are included in BrightPay for Windows which are not currently available in BrightPay for Mac. The main features that are not currently catered for are as follows:
